What for: Character Theft / Manipulating and lying to server members for financial gain and free services (eg. art, characters, customs etc.)

This beware has been made as DuffyTanuki is a huge risk to server members. It has come out from the past 2 weeks of investigation that she has scammed quite a few people in BAGACK out of a lot of money and free services. Manipulating users by lying to them that she plays this victim that is financially struggling and cannot afford living and medical supplies for her son, when she lived with her family, was being paid government benefits and has a husband that financially supports her.

These people I have left to be anonymous, if they wish to come out and reveal their names or send over screenshots they may.

I have decided to explain the screenshots below in their subsections you may look at the screen shots through the link below.

CHARACTER THEFT SECTION: Duffy had bought a character from me that is worth $25 dollars + IMVU custom for a discounted $20 extra. She then decided to file a charge back and took the full $45 back and kept the character. The ownership logs of this character stated she resold it for $45 to another user. This meaning she had profited nearly $90 over me.

I did not wish to work with her as she had broken my TOS and trust. Over this past year I have given her so much free stuff well worth over the $20 extra she gave for a custom. I made her a FREE custom earlier this year worth over $30 of items, given her free characters asking for them to be returned if she did not like them, she then gave them up to someone else without telling me. She also got free art from me too.

After finding out that she has been lying about her circumstances and life situation for the entire year I have known her I was going to let her keep everything and just block her. But now she has issued a false fradulent chargeback against me stating she sent the money to the wrong person. (She used fake screenshots of her messaging her ALT account Newt with removed timestamps as evidence to PayPal to take the money.)

OUTCOME: PayPal has taken the $45 out of my account and limited my activity. On the bright side ToyHouse admin team has transferred the character back to my account.

NO GIFTS SECTION: This section of the evidence highlights how she manipulated a server member into giving her gifts when they clearly stated how uncomfortable they were doing it right away and wanted to meet her family first. She lied to them stating that her family knew about them, when they did not and she also cried and manipulated the server member about not receiving a gift as their birthday was coming. In the end they did get her a gifts and gave her money out of being guilt tripped.

Note: (later was found that she did not want (anon server member) going to meet her family because her husband [Damien] is at the house a lot and her family did not know she was cheating on her husband w/ them and her husband [Damien] did not know either) - this was found out through in-person conversation with husband and server member.

DUFFY ADOPT SECTION: Duffy selling the same adopt to 2 people, asking server member to give her money to fix her own mistake.

PREG SECTION: This section is quite manipulative and fucked but Duffy basically orders server member to do all this research about her pregnancy and to pay her money for an abortion. In the end she admits she was lying and it was not his as the time line did not add up and she was pregnant with her husbands child, she then essentially tells server member when called out to piss off after lying to them and trying using them for money.

DUFFY TELLING OTHER MEN SHE LOVES THEM WHILE MARRIED TO ONE MAN AND DATING ANOTHER MAN SECTION:
The two screenshots in the evidence only highlight a small fraction of their history. This is a different man (another server member) who she claimed to be in love with the entire year while with her husband [Damien] and boyfriend (anon server member mentioned in other sections.) She manipulated this man and tried to coerce him to date her when he said he was not ready and felt uncomfortable about the amount of men in her life.

Outcome: Permanently Banned from BAGACK.
